Although many people have stated that they find benefit, there is little scientific proof of the efficacy of this gentle, relaxing treatment, used to assist with:

Hollow waxed paper tubes are inserted in each ear, and burned, gently drawing the natural waxes from your ears, and leaving them feeling clear and fresh. It has been done for many years, but there is debate about the origins, and although well known as Hopi, the Hopi Council have stated that the Hopi tribe have never practices ear candling!

Not suitable for anyone with ear infection or perforated ear drums where grommets are in place. A safe and effective treatment for all ages including children
